From humble beginnings at a Wendy's drive-thru to managing multiple LLCs across the USA, my journey in the workforce has been a diverse and enriching experience. Each role I've taken on has shaped me in unique ways, and every challenge has been an opportunity for growth.
At just 16, I embarked on my first job at a Wendy's drive-thru, learning the ropes of customer service and multitasking under pressure. From there, I transitioned into the role of a security guard, where I honed my attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Venturing into the world of manufacturing, I even tried my hand at spot welding, gaining valuable insights into the importance of precision and craftsmanship.
However, it was my transition into entrepreneurship that truly transformed my career trajectory. With a passion for empowering others, I founded a Workforce Education business, driven by a desire to bridge the gap between education and industry needs.
As an entrepreneur, I gained firsthand experience in business management and the power of innovation in driving success. I navigated the challenges of starting and growing a business, from developing comprehensive education programs to building partnerships with employers and educational institutions.
In addition to my entrepreneurial ventures, I also gained valuable experience in recruitment, finance, and Human Resources. As a recruiter, I honed my skills in identifying talent and matching candidates with the right opportunities. My experience in finance taught me the intricacies of managing financial transactions and providing lending solutions to individuals in need and in my HR roles, I witnessed the transformative impact of soft skills in the workplace, leading teams to success through effective leadership and mentorship.
These diverse experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded professional with a deep understanding of the workforce landscape. Through our Workforce Education business, we've been able to empower countless individuals to unlock their full potential and achieve their professional goals. From providing training in essential soft skills to offering nationally recognized certifications, we're dedicated to opening doors and creating pathways to success.
